Barkhia Gems and Jewellry offers FREE SHIPPING across Pakistan on all online orders

 Ordering Process:

• Please place your order online by following the easy instructions to check out items you have added to your shopping cart.
• You can also place your order by calling Barkhia Gems and Jewellry Customer service line at +923055833306 (11am – 8pm) and our agents will be happy to assist you.
• Product availability will be rechecked, after which you will receive a confirmation call-back. At this point, you may reconfirm, modify or cancel your order. Upon reconfirmation, you will receive an SMS and/or email with reference number. Please quote this reference number in any correspondence or to track your order.
• After your reconfirmation, your order will be dispatched from Barkhia Gems and Jewellry Headquarters in Lahore, and will normally reach you in 2-4 business days, depending on your location.
• As a matter of policy, you must pay the Courier agent prior to receiving and opening the sealed package containing your order.
• If you have any concerns or comments upon receipt of your order, please contact us immediately quoting the reference number so we may ensure your satisfaction.

Please note:

• The Courier agent will not take back the order once the package is opened. If you do not pay or receive the order, it will be returned to Barkhia Gems and Jewellry but you may no longer be eligible to shop online with Barkhia Gems and Jewellry .
• For exchange, please refer to our exchange policy. Tesoro has a strict no-return policy.
• Every effort is taken to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and realistic. There may be slight variances in color or appearance due to factors such as screen resolution. Returns

Barkhia Gems and Jewellry has a return policy on all products if returned under 15 days,

Exchange

All Barkhia Gems and Jewellry merchandise, purchased online or from a branch, may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Acceptance for exchange is subject to following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in perfect condition, in its original packing. It will be inspected by Barkhia Gems and Jewellry representatives and their decision will be final in this regard, in case the condition is not deemed as new.
• Tags must be intact.
• Original receipt must be presented and surrendered.
• Due to reasons of hygiene, exchange is not possible for undergarments and lingerie.
• Exchange must be done for an equivalent value in one transaction. No credit note will be issued, nor any amount refunded if exchange is done for an item of lesser value.
• A purchase may only be exchanged once.

Online Exchange

Items purchased online may be exchanged within three days of being delivered to you. You will need to bear the cost of the sending the returned item back to Barkhia Gems and Jewellry , as well as for the delivery cost of the item sent in exchange. The procedure for online exchange is as follows:

1)      Please contact Barkhia Gems and Jewellry customer service via email or telephone and provide the following:

• Your order reference number
• Reason for exchange
• The codes of the article(s) you wish to receive in exchange

Our customer service agent will confirm if you are still eligible to exchange your purchase, and provide you with an Exchange Reference number. The article will still be subject to physical inspection upon receipt back at Barkhia Gems and Jewellry .

2)      Please courier your item (along with original receipt and exchange reference number) to:

We are unable to assume liability for damage or loss during transport, so please take care to package it its original packing and send it through a reputable courier company.

3)      Upon receipt at Barkhia Gems and Jewellry , the item returned will be inspected to ensure its condition is as new. You will then be notified of the dispatch of your exchange purchase, along with the additional amount you need to pay to cover a) Shipping charges and b) Difference if exchange purchase is of a higher amount.
